All Pups Up products are designed for responsible dog owners and proper use. No dog gear or toy is indestructible. Always supervise your dog while using any collar, leash, long line, or toy. Discontinue use immediately if a product shows signs of damage or excessive wear.

By purchasing from Pups Up, you acknowledge that you are responsible for selecting appropriate gear for your dog and using it safely.

📏 Sizing & Fit

• Accurate measurements are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Collars should allow two fingers of space for proper fit.
• Wide collars (including 2”) are recommended for larger, stronger breeds and may not be suitable for all dogs.
• Long lines are not a replacement for a secure fence or containment system.

🧵 Handmade Products & Variations

All items are handmade to order. Due to the nature of handcrafted products:

• Slight variations in color, print placement, and hardware may occur
• Colors may appear different due to screen settings or lighting
• UV prints and material batches may vary slightly

These variations are normal and do not affect functionality.

🎨 Colors, Prints & Trademarks

• Color accuracy cannot be guaranteed across all screens
• We do not recreate or offer trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed designs
• Custom requests that violate trademark or copyright laws will be declined

💪 Warranty, Wear & Repairs

All Pups Up items include a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects or workmanship issues.

This warranty does not cover:

• Chewing or bite damage
• General wear and tear
• Improper use
• Accidental damage

If a manufacturing issue occurs, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping to send the item back to us.

📦 Returns & Errors

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

• There is a defect, or
• An error occurred on our end

Custom items are otherwise final sale. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there is an issue.

🌊 Water, Weather & Care

• Biothane is waterproof, odor-resistant, and easy to clean
• Rinse gear after exposure to saltwater, mud, or sand
• Dry hardware after water use to reduce cosmetic wear
• EVA toys float and should be rinsed and dried after water play

🐕 Long Lines, Leashes & Rope Products

• Long lines are not intended for tie-outs, overhead leads, or unattended use
• Rope products are not recommended for strong pullers
• For added strength and security, we recommend flat Biothane long lines and leashes
• Training tools should always be used responsibly and appropriately
